- Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you subscribe or reach out.
- Booking details such as the service you select, your preferred date and time, and any notes or goals you share with us.
- Message content when you complete a form, reply to an email, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Billing information if you engage us for paid work, collected and invoiced under your engagement letter; no payments are processed through this website.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and connection data such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
- Usage data such as the pages you view, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.

- To schedule, confirm, and deliver the sessions and services you request.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us run the site and our email, each acting on our instructions. These are currently Vercel (website hosting), Javelina (domain and email infrastructure), and Google Fonts (font delivery). We do not currently use third-party scheduling, analytics, or payment providers; if we add one, this policy will be updated to name it.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of AltoLumo, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
All users
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. Contact us at discovery@altolumo.com to make a request.
California residents (CCPA and CPRA)
Subject to legal limits, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Texas residents (TDPSA)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access, correct, and delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. EEA and UK residents (GDPR)
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Where required by law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
