Email & Marketing Communications Policy

This policy explains how AltoLumo LLC handles email sign-ups and marketing messages, and how you can control what you receive.

1. When you join our list

We add you to our email list only when you ask us to, for example by subscribing through a form or checking a clearly labeled opt-in box. We do not add people who have not requested to hear from us.

2. What we send

Depending on your choices, we may send booking confirmations and reminders, updates about our services, helpful resources, and occasional promotions. Typical content is an occasional practice update covering what we are building and shipping, plus offers relevant to founders, sent no more than a few times per month.

3. Transactional messages

Some messages are necessary to deliver a service you requested, such as booking confirmations and receipts. You will continue to receive these while you have an active booking, even if you opt out of marketing.

4. Your consent

By subscribing, you consent to receive the messages described above at the email address you provide. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. How to opt out

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at discovery@altolumo.com and ask to be removed. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

6. Text messages

We do not currently send SMS or text-message marketing. If we introduce it, this policy will be updated first with opt-in, opt-out, and frequency details.

7. Our commitment to compliance

We follow applicable email and marketing laws, including the United States CAN-SPAM Act. Our messages identify AltoLumo as the sender, include a valid physical mailing address, use honest subject lines, and provide a working way to opt out.

8. Third-party email provider

Our email is hosted on Javelina infrastructure and messages are sent from discovery@altolumo.com; we do not currently use a separate third-party marketing platform. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. If we adopt a marketing platform, it will be named here.
