Cookie Policy

AltoLumo LLC · Last updated October 4, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AltoLumo LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage.

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site and the services it loads to work securely, such as protecting those services from automated abuse. These cannot be switched off in our systems.

Consent

Remember the privacy choices you make in the cookie banner so it does not ask again on every visit.

Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive, so we can improve it. HubSpot provides our analytics and lead capture, and its script loads on every page.

Scheduling

Set by our scheduling provider only when you open the booking popup, to keep the booking form secure while you use it.

We do not use advertising networks on this site.

3. Cookies on this site

The tables below list the cookies we observed when reviewing the site on October 4, 2026. Names and durations are set by each provider and may change; where a provider sets a cookie on its own domain, it is a third-party cookie.

The consent tool also keeps a copy of your choices in your browser's local storage. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts and hosting is provided by Vercel; neither set cookies in our review.

4. Third-party cookies

The services that set the cookies above process data under their own privacy policies: Ketch (provided by Ketch Kloud, Inc.) for consent management, HubSpot for analytics and lead capture, and Cal.com for scheduling. Vercel hosts the site and Google Fonts delivers its typeface. Our Privacy Policy describes what each provider does.

5. Managing your cookies

A cookie consent banner, powered by Ketch, appears on your first visit. It lets you accept all cookies, opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or open detailed preferences. You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie settings. Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies through their own settings, and you can use a Global Privacy Control signal where supported. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the tools we use change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
