Noble Mentoring

AltoLumo is an ecosystem partner of Noble Founder and provides weekly pro bono mentoring to Noble Founder clients. AltoLumo donates the hours, and Noble Founder brings the founders and the pathways open to them afterward. Come as you are today, and we will discuss your path so far, what onboarding into the ecosystem involves, and which programs, free or paid, fit your stage.

02 · What it is not

Clear boundaries.

A mentoring meeting is a conversation. AltoLumo, in partnership with Noble Founder, shares guidance and perspective with participating founders. It is not funding, an investment, or a promise of any outcome.

The basics

3 questions
  • What is a mentoring meeting?A thirty-minute, in-person conversation with an AltoLumo executive, held in partnership with Noble Founder. Come as you are, and we will discuss your path so far, what you have tested, and what stands in the way today.
  • Who can take part?Noble Founder clients, at any stage, from an idea you have not tested yet to a company with early revenue.
  • Is it free?Yes. AltoLumo provides the mentoring meeting pro bono to Noble Founder clients, with no fee, no equity, and no invoice. It is separate from AltoLumo's own initial discovery session. AltoLumo also offers fractional executive and consulting services, and Noble Founder runs free and paid programs. If a paid option could help, we will say so openly, and the choice is yours. Nothing is required.

Before you come

5 questions
  • How does onboarding into the ecosystem work?We walk through what taking part in the Noble Founder ecosystem asks of you and how its free and paid programs are structured, so you can see which ones fit your stage.
  • What will the founder assessment cover?During the meeting, we discuss candidly what you and your team can take on today: your capacity, your skills, and your readiness for the next step. It is a conversation held in the session itself, not a test, a score, or a written evaluation, and it does not decide whether you are accepted into anything.
  • Do I need a deck or a plan? No. Bring what you have and the challenge in front of you. Materials are welcome but never required.
  • Can I bring a cofounder?Yes. Two people per session works well. Please note it when you book.
  • Can my team join by video?Sessions are in person at 801 Travis. Video is available by exception, so request it when you book.
