Secure file exchange for active engagements
Every AltoLumo engagement includes a private, encrypted channel for exchanging documents, credentials, and working files. Access is provisioned during onboarding, so nothing sensitive ever needs to travel through plain email.
Your secure upload link
Active clients receive a dedicated secure upload link during onboarding. Files sent through it are encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the AltoLumo team can see what you send. No account or software is required on your side.

- Onboarding. When your engagement begins, we set up a private workspace for your company and send you its secure upload link.
- Sending files. Open the link, drop in your files, done. Uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (256-bit AES).
- Receiving deliverables. Documents we produce for you are shared back through the same private workspace, with access limited to the people you name.
A note on email
Please do not send passwords, financial records, or other sensitive material as ordinary email attachments. If you have something sensitive to share and do not yet have your secure link, request one above and we will respond within one business day.
Client portal
A full client portal, with project status, deliverables, and approvals in one place, is on the AltoLumo roadmap. Active clients will be invited automatically when it goes live.
